A human
For some reason people in law enforcement forget that we cannot take away the right for a human, to be human. For example; we cannot make it against the law for anyone to have sex. Nor can we make a law that would force all of us to have only gay sex, or to only have straight sex. But all to often we have those in law enforcement who force others to do without what they could never do without. Not all urges are bad urges and no one can make all your urges against the law, unless we wish to make it illegal to be human and we cannot do that without making all urges illegal for everyone. And of course there are some nuts that would want that to happen. Our protectors must never be allowed to be radicals, supporting one gender, age, or race, not ever.

Trust
A police officer shot a black gentalman who seems to have been a race related killing. We hear these things and wonder why the police don't police themselves, so we can feel we are getting a far shake. There are a lot of excelent law enforsement officers out there and only a handfull are abusing there power to create victoms out of even criminals. There is an urgent need for reform and it will take good police officers to get the job done. Comon sence seems to be missing, causing some in law enforcement to look like Barney Fife.

Not investagating the accuser
When a 16 year old boy gets caught between a brother and a brothers girlfriend who breaks up, with the girlfriend thinking the brother was the cause of the breakup, and the brother ends up being accused of a sex crime, hoping to get the boyfriend back, we end up with a miscarriage of justice. No one will check things like this out and someone gets hurt.

EMPOLYEES USING THE SYSTEM TO BREAK THE LAW
Perhaps the nastiest criminal we have is the employee of an outsourced public service agency, Government agency or police department that uses the power of there agency to break the law, because it hurts an entire family. We even have people on probation, being framed, set up, and even entrapped by people who are appointed to be there support, (so they are able to move on with there lives) not only in Nursing Homes , but even within our probation sector, we have no one to enforce there rights, and no one to protect them from those who are appointed to support them. Even though these public employee criminal's are being weeded out by others in law enforcement and public watchdogs, it is still a major problem. But with this new administration, and because of all the crimes the Bush administration allowed those agencies to get away with, I wouldn't want to be in those agency criminals shoe's right now. As the agencies records are investigated to find the ones that are not working, or cost effective, the crimes of those criminals will be exposed, because those crimes are corruption and costly to the government. Maybe there will be justice for all.
